SHIPPING & DELIVERY
EGGS:
We take great care to package eggs in a thorough & cost effective manner.
Eggs to be mailed are nestled in a foam insert & sent via Express Post. They are typically mailed out on a Monday (in order to minimise the risk of the eggs being stuck in a post office over a weekend).
BIRDS:
While we do not permit the collection of birds from the farm (because of general & bio security considerations), we are happy to make arrangements to meet you or transport in the towns of Kilkivan, Goomeri & sometimes, Gympie or Buderim.

OTHER THINGS:
Due care is taken to deliver all other sundry items in a safe & timely fashion.
Unless other arrangements are made, these will be sent by standard mail.

We operate in good faith & hope you will be well pleased with your purchase & that it gives you much enjoyment, however if you are in any way dissatisfied, we would certainly appreciate that feedback, so that we might strive to improve our service.
Given the nature of the product(s) & consideration of factors unknown & beyond our control, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. For bio security reasons, we do not accept the return of eggs or birds. A complaint regarding any other item(s) will be considered on an individual basis.
